Activation & refund rules

How activation, renewal, pauses and refunds work at WardenClub.

  1. 01Access starts the moment the payment confirms and runs for the full plan, to the minute: 30 days means 30 × 24 hours.
  2. 02Renewals add to your current expiry; buying while active never loses days.
  3. 03When a game patches, the set switches to Updating and your expiry pauses until it is back.
  4. 04Access is not refunded once granted, except when we cannot restore a set within 14 days.
  5. 05An account can use the Loader on 2 PCs; you can remove two devices per month yourself.
  6. 06Nothing renews automatically. No subscription, no stored card.
