01What we store
Your e-mail address, nickname, password hash, orders, access ledger, device identifiers (hashed), Loader usage sessions and review text.
02Where
Data is stored on servers in the United States. Encrypted backups are kept with a storage provider in another region.
03IP addresses
IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes for abuse prevention; raw addresses stay in edge logs for 30 days.
04Third parties
The payment gateway receives the order amount and an order reference, never your e-mail. Discord sign-in shares your Discord e-mail and avatar with us. The sign-in and sign-up forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. When a page or request fails, an error report (the address without its query, browser and app version, no account details) goes to our error-tracking service, Sentry.
05Analytics
Cookie-free analytics count page views; our own records count the sign-up, download and activation funnel. No advertising trackers.
06Retention
Sign-in history 90 days; abuse signals 6 months; audit logs at least 6 months; orders and ledger as long as accounting requires.
07Your rights
You can delete your account in Settings. E-mail us to request a copy of your data.
