01Service
WardenClub provides the Loader application and per-game feature sets to registered accounts. Access is granted per account for a paid duration or a one-time trial.
02Accounts
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password private. WardenClub never asks for your password inside the Loader; sign-in happens in your browser.
03Payments
Prices are in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency through a payment gateway. Access is granted when the gateway confirms the payment. Nothing renews automatically.
04Updates and pauses
When a game patches, the affected set is marked Updating and your remaining time pauses until a working version ships.
05Refunds
Access is not refunded once granted, except when WardenClub cannot restore a set within 14 days of it entering Updating.
06Devices
Access is tied to a limited number of devices. You can remove two devices per month yourself; further removals go through e-mail.
07Termination
Accounts that share access, resell packages or attack the service are frozen. Order and ledger records are kept as required for accounting.
